They are always there to explain the detail of policies and review them with you to see if the policies are maximized in the best possible manner while saving you money, and time! Communication, outreach and responsiveness is second to none. They never let a person wait for a return call, they just call right back. I have my House, my SUV and my Sailboat and an umbrella policy all covered by policies from Raymond Scott! Keep up the great work! "I needed to get off my parent's car insurance because their rates were SO high. After research I went with State Farm, and was assigned to Nikki Grim as my agent. The pricing she gave me was eye opening, I was paying way too much before at the other INS company. I have been with them for over 2 years now and anytime I needed to make a change she has always been there for me. Nikki is always so sweet and friendly, and over time we end up laughing and chatting on the phone while making the changes I need. She makes it feel like it isn't just a business arrangement, but a company that ACTUALLY cares about you as a person instead of a claim number.
