"I've worked with 4 different State Farm reps due to moving and this is BY FAR the worst. Office is impossible to get ahold of. I've never had an email responded to, 25% chance chance your text does, and they answer the phone <10% of the time. I took over 3 months to cancel a policy where I had sent several emails, texts and voicemails requesting to do so."

"After reading so many great reviews for this agent I decided to switch to Ray's office from my CA agent, for my sister. When I called the 1st time to get information on how to switch their car policy and add renters, Ray's office was great! Then it was time to purchase renters and the lady I spoke with was able to do the renters but she indicated she would have to have someone else call me for my auto quote, I was okay with this. Well the person did not call me back that Friday like they said they would. Come Monday I called back and got a VM so I left one, no reply. I called back and was able to talk to someone. Here we are a few weeks later and my CA agent called to see if I ever found a new agent because no one reach out to them with the info. I called Ray's office and got a vm. I called a few hours later and got a vm so I left one. Later that night I got a text asking if I needed help still, ummm yes. I asked if they are open on Friday's because it seems like no one is free to help on Fridays. I was told they are open until 530p, even though it was already past that. Whoever was texting me said they would reach out on Saturday to assist. Well Saturday afternoon comes around and I get a text saying they were looking in my question but no surprise no further messages after that. Monday morning I have called SEVERAL times, left a voicemail and replied to the text that was sent to me over the weekend with no response. What started with a simple wanting to confirm the timeframe to move agents has turned into me just wanting to change to a different agent or insurance company. I cannot imagine needing real assistance from this office and trying to get ahold of someone. After my family being with Statefarm for over 30 years, it might be time to move on in TX and keep our other policies in the other states. I found another agent and it sucks that I cannot move on without talking to Ray's office 1st. Statefarm needs to change this policy!"

"Great experience with Ray Scott. I was initially referred by a friend for a condo policy, but subsequently I now have migrated all my policies over to them.
